Fundraiser Reward Program
Registered Race Participants who raise $100 or more between April 22nd through April 29, 2013 will automatically be entered into our Fundraiser Rewards Drawing!
If your name is selected, you will win a two night stay at the Platinum Hotel, a $100 gift certificate to RM Seafood inside Mandalay Bay and 2 tickets to see Vegas! The Show.
Congratulations to last weeks winner, Tina Wade, who won a two day, one night stay in a luxury suite at Silverton Casino Hotel and dinner for two at Twin Creeks, located inside the Silverton.
We are pleased to announce our Fundraiser Rewards Program! Now through May 27, 2013, our office will hold a drawing each week. The number of drawing entries you receive depends on how much you raise. For each $100 raised, you will receive one entry into the drawing, where we will be giving away great prizes such as stay-cation packages, show tickets, gift certificates and gift baskets, all courtesy of our great community partners.
- When does the program start?
The first drawing will take place on Monday, January 7th. Anyone who raised funds from October 1st through January 14th will be entered into this first drawing.
- How can I get entered into the drawing?
For each $100.00 you raise, you will receive an entry. For example, if you raise $200 for the week, that’s two entries into the drawing. If you raise $500, that’s 5 entries. You don't need to fill anything out to enter the drawing, as we will have all of your fundraising information in our system.
- When does the drawing period begin and end?
Each week’s drawing period will begin on Monday at 12:00am and end on Sunday at 11:59pm. Only donations received and confirmed during that 7-day period will count toward that weekly drawing.
- How will I know what the weekly reward is?
Each week, an eblast will be sent out letting you know what the weekly reward is. The item will also be displayed on our Fundraiser Reward Program webpage.
- When will the winner be announced?
The winner will be notified every Monday via phone or email. The winner will have one week to claim their prize.
- Do off-line donations count?
Yes, however any off-line donations that are mailed in will only count toward the weekly drawing during which the donation arrives at the office. Please note that only online registrants are eligible for our Fundraiser Rewards Program.
