Dancing with the Las Vegas Stars

On August 14th, five amazing non-profit organizations collaborated to produce the second annual Dancing with the Las Vegas Stars.  It was a tremendous afternoon of talent, laughter, hugs and high fives.  After all was said and done, The Caring Place walked away with the mirrorball trophy, but our Lauren Michaels from 98.5 KLUC The Morning Zoo was absolutely terrific as she Paso Dobled her way into third place!!  The entire event raised over $35,000 for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Candelighters, American Cancer Society, The Caring Place and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  We would like to thank Chet Buchanan, Lauren Michaels, Steph McKenzie, Greg London, Tony Delgado & Delgado Dance Studios, Adam Tucker, Cheaza Figueroa, Kristen Hertzenberg, Ashley DiMartino, Delgado Studio Dancers, The Rat Pack is Back, Dick Feeney, Channel 13, Las Vegas Review Journal, Julia Tovar and Nine Group, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Walmart, Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada and all of the wonderful sponsors and supporters who made this event happen.  Thank you all!
